General

​

• Massage therapy falls under alternative medicine and does not replace regular health care.

• No diagnosis is made and/or medical instructions are not given.

• Your therapist acts in accordance with legal regulations. Rights and obligations are laid down in, among other things, the Medical Treatment Contracts Act (WGBO) and the Care Quality, Complaints and Disputes Act (Wkkgz).
   

Report

• Complaints of a physical and/or psychological nature often give rise to applying for massage (therapy). The treatments are put together individually and can therefore vary in composition and/or effect.

• You can come to us without a referral from a doctor or specialist. If necessary, we will refer you to other care providers.

• You are responsible for communicating important information regarding your health.
   

Dates

​

• Appointments that cannot be kept must be canceled at least 24 hours before the start of the treatment. If this is not possible, the consultation will still be charged. We would like to point out that a cancellation within 24 hours has financial consequences for us because the agenda can then often no longer be filled in.

• In order to be able to carry out the treatment as well as possible, a record of medical and administrative data is kept. The AVG  (General Data Protection Regulation) applies to this registration. Of course we handle your data with care. See also under the heading "Privacy on our site.

• All your personal and medical information will never be provided to third parties without your written consent.

 

Terms of payment

• The costs are € 43 per session of 30 minutes, € 80 per session of 60 minutes, € 90 per session of 75 minutes.

• Invoice will be sent by email afterwards. This can, if (partially) reimbursed, be declared to the health insurer.

• The costs declared by the therapist to the client for the treatment must be paid within 14 days of the date of the invoice, stating the invoice date.

• If you do not pay on time, we will send a payment reminder.  € 5 administration costs will then be charged on top of the invoice amount.

• If the client, despite sent payment reminders, does not meet his/her payment obligation, the therapist is forced to take further steps, such as calling in a collection agency.

• In the event of payment arrears, the therapist is entitled to suspend further treatment until the client has fulfilled his/her payment obligations.

• When following a course or workshop, refund of the tuition fee for missed lessons or catching up on missed lessons is not possible.

Exclusion from participation and treatment

• ErZijn reserves the right to exclude a client from participation or treatment.

Complaints procedure

​

• If you have a complaint, we would like to hear it. We will discuss the complaint in a personal meeting and try to find a solution together.

• If disputes persist, the client can turn to the LVNT professional association via www.lvnt.nl/klachten or to the Complementary and Alternative Healthcare Foundation (SCAG) via www.scag.nl. The SCAG is the center for complaints and dispute resolution in complementary care. In addition, ErZijn is affiliated with Stichting Tuchtrecht Complementaire Zorg, www.tcz.nu

Liability

​​

• ErZijn bears no liability for damage or loss of personal belongings.

• ErZijn reserves the right to claim compensation from the client if the client or related persons (housemates, relatives, friends or otherwise) damage property belonging to ErZijn.

• The liability of ErZijn, insofar as it is covered by the liability insurance, is limited to the amount of the payment made by the insurer.
